In 1977 when I was 17 I was desperate for one of these Harley Cafe Racers, but being 17 with no money and what I did have I spent on seeing punk bands and bondage trousers I could only afford the 125CC Version – but I still thought it was really cool (not sure now see picture).
Anyway back now in 2009 I have Bike No.6 to build and instead of a new FXD (which I don’t have as a I swapped it for a new Buell Ulysses and some cash) I will be using my wonderful 99Dyna (See Bike Page) as the donor bike.  Still going to have 23″ wheels front and back – and here is a rough sketch of how it might look.
